Key Role:
Identify and build detailed profiles of targets, develop long-term investigative strategies for maximum mission impact, and support operational planning and execution efforts against high-profile hackers and cyber threat groups. Support a variety of agencies while working along a strong technical team and, as a fully-integrated partner, shoulder-to-shoulder with the client. Identify cyber threats, actors, and TTPs to support US national security and criminal missions. Leverage expertise in analysis, research, targeting, and operations in the intelligence community (IC) to develop a holistic view of the cybercriminal threat. Conduct in-depth, all-source research to identify emerging cyber threats, subjects, or sources, gather, interpret, and evaluate information from both classified and unclassified sources, and make recommendations to proactively move the client’s mission forward. Fuse technical expertise with intelligence analysis to assist with the integration, coordination, and dissemination of relevant information to appropriate parties.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a targeting mission profile
Experience with federal law enforcement and the IC
Experience with identifying, enumerating, and targeting persons of interest
Experience with counterintelligence or HUMINT
Experience with identifying cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures
Active Top Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with sociocultural and sociopolitical affairs pertaining to regions of interest
Experience with leveraging Cyber technical expertise, including netflow, forensics, and malware analysis
Experience with all-source analysis
Experience with a foreign language
Experience with tracing cryptocurrencies or financial investigations
BA or BS degree in Cyber, Law Enforcement, or an Intelligence-related field
CEH, Security+, or Network+ certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
