Deputy Program Manager

You’ll supervise and manage program activities in multiple disciplines covering technical or non-technical areas, retaining responsibility for the delivery of human capital program stand-up and support to help improve our nation’s security.

This is an opportunity to delivery quality programmatic support in human capital. As Deputy Program Manager, you'll coordinate with our amazing Program Manager to lead our contract team members in leveraging their human capital, technical, or consulting expertise to deliver mission successes for our DoD client! You’ll be a primary POC for all clients and will serve with program management authority during times when the Program Manager is absent. Work with us as we lead change in human capital strategy and execution.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with leading projects focused in HR or similar programs.
  • Experience managing contract operations such as financial and contractual requirements and resource management
  • Experience communicating project status and approach to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of HR programs and strategy
  • Knowledge of human resources, program management, or process improvement
  • Ability to manage client’s expectations and satisfaction, performing quality assurance on all deliverables, managing customer/stakeholder relationships, and tracking deliverable development and sign-off 
  • TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with large-scale DOD systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Master's degree
  • Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma or Lean certification

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
