Human Capital Specialist, Senior

Key Role: 

Conduct activities and work to establish a successful recruitment program. Develop and maintain contacts with various employment sources to meet the organizations staffing requirements for professional level employees. Lead the recruitment team and engage with client staff to source applicants to efficiently and effectively fill open positions and build a pipeline to meet future needs. Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment and work with the client to implement a recruitment plan that uses social media, job sites, and job fairs.

Basic Qualifications: 

-6 years of experience with human resources (HR), strategic human capital, or recruiting 

-Experience in market research, data analysis, or making recommendations regarding staffing sources, tools, processes, or methods

-Experience with creating and implementing pipeline strategies for projected trends and needs

-Experience with DoD or intelligence community (IC) clients 

-Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio or Internet search engines

-Ability to lead a diverse team to deliver a successful program and meet hiring objectives

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: 

-Experience with creating and maintaining project plans and process maps

-Experience with University recruitment programs

-Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines 

-Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, and evaluating options for action 

-Possession of excellent consulting and client relationship skills 

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
