This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Intel community. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. You Have:
2+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment, including internships
Experience supporting the intelligence community
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Ability to present ideas clearly and logically
Ability to identify problems and develop recommendations for complex issues
Possession of excellent analytical skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
