Project Analyst

Key Role:
Work as a program analyst in a close-knit, mission-oriented program management office (PMO), including supporting three mission critical programs, their enterprise systems, and their highly visible federal law enforcement programs. Interface with clients daily to present deliverables, seek feedback, and facilitate discussions with technical and non-technical audiences while acting as an intermediary and translator to identify functional and technical requirements effectively. Analyze the development of presentations, reports, or procedures for project stakeholders and executive management. Work with the PMO team to manage the PMO's processes, including changes, configurations, schedules, strategic communications, requirements, risk, and issues. 

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with systems or IT project teams, including technical writing and defining requirements

-Experience with developing material for executive reporting and briefings
-Active Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Possession of excellent teamwork skills

-Possession of excellent self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
