Staff Operations Officer, Senior

As a senior operations officer on our team, you’ll help your client manage their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of the mission, you will ensure the global client team is on the same page. As the authority in your mission space, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset. You’ll share your expertise with other team members of various disciplines. You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with conducting intelligence analysis, research, or targeting for the US intelligence community (IC)
  • Experience with operational case management
  • Experience with briefing senior leaders and a wide variety of audiences
  • Experience in working with multi-organizations and partnerships
  • Ability to work in teams and individually with minimal supervision
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
  • HS diploma or GED required

 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in the business or private sector
  • Ability to travel to support the mission
  • Ability to leverage expertise in foreign languages pertinent to the regions preferred
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • BA or BS degree preferred

 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
