Technical Writer

Key Role:

Collect and organize information required for the preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, application documentation, proposals, briefs, and reports. Edit functional descriptions, systems specifications, user manuals, special reports, or other customer deliverables and documents. Prepare and edit documentation incorporating information provided by the user, specialist, business analyst, developer, and management personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with developing, editing, and producing technical and graphical documentation for IT systems

-Experience in working with government management to create training materials

-Experience in coordinating communications between various teams supporting applications and the user community

-Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
