DevOps Cloud Engineer

As a DevOps engineer on our team, you’ll use your experience to help create a modern platform to allow the acceleration of software development. You’ll incorporate open source tools, automation, and Cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team’s time to innovate. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud computing environments, including AWS or Azure

  • Experience with continuous integration, deployment, and delivery tools like Jenkins

  • Experience with container tools, including Docker and DevOps tools, including ElasticSearch, FluentD, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Consul, or Logstash

  • Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools, including Terraform and Ansible

  • Knowledge of orchestration tools, including Kubernetes and OpenShift

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance 

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with system architecture, Cloud computing, and microservices architecture
  • Experience with software development life cycle processes or Agile development, including Scrum, rapid prototyping, or similar rapid development environment  
  • Experience with API gateways, including Kong and service mesh, including Istio
  • Experience with RESTful- and SOAP-based Web services 
  • Experience with the use of version control systems for code management and artifact tracking, including Github, and JIRA  
  • Experience with Gitops
  • BA or BS degree in CS or 8+ years of experience in a related field
