Quality Assurance Engineer

The Challenge:

When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful information systems – and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need you, a Quality Assurance Specialist who’s eager to help thoroughly test software and ensure that our team releases the best system possible.

As a quality assurance consultant on our team, you’ll work with developers, testers, and business analysts that evaluate developed systems for the client. You’ll help develop and implement a test plan based on user story requirements, functional specifications, and design specifications, where results are captured on system specific test cases.

Using automation where possible, you’ll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to see how the system performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You’ll build your experience in various types of testing, including manual, automated, and user acceptance testing. This is an opportunity to broaden your skills in documenting and solving system deficiencies as well as estimating testing efforts necessary for different types of applications. Are you ready to help develop systems solutions to promote health and quality of life? This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
