Learning, Metrics, and Resolution Analyst

Key Role:

Apply expertise in Cybersecurity to standing up a Learning, Metrics, and Resolution capability for the client, including analyzing the development of Cybersecurity response plans, documenting and improving processes in response to Cyber incidents, and providing overall governance of Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) teams. Communicate the achievements of the client's CFC to an executive-level audience via metrics, reports, and presentations. Track the remediation of open Cybersecurity-related incidents or vulnerabilities that are handled by the CFC. Provide briefings at various levels of management regarding ongoing security incidents. Identify and develop workflow automation to lower response time and eliminate lengthy procedures of the CFC during their incident. This position requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Cybersecurity, a CFC, or security operations center (SOC)

-Experience with delivering high quality, executive-level output in PowerPoint and Word

-Ability to produce communication templates and reports

-Ability to be organized and thorough and track multiple initiatives and tasks simultaneously

-Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, including keeping teams focused and accountable through completion

-Ability to interface with clients and business unit stakeholders and build relationships

-Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a fast-paced client-environment

-Ability to create metrics, reports, and presentations

-Security+, CEH, GCIA, GCIH, or CISSP Certification
