As a Chemical and Biological Technical Targeter, you use your specialized technical and scientific expertise and your attention to detail to develop technical targeting products, all-source and open source-based intelligence, and collection support plans to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a Chemical and Biological Technical Targeter on our team, you’ll help your client understand their collection and operational environment to enhance collection opportunities. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and SIGINT. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for collectors and analysts. As the authority on key chemical and biological issues, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with other analysts. You Have:

• Experience with chemical, biological, or nuclear all-source analytic production

• Knowledge of key CBW targets, issues, threats, and collection platforms

• Ability to collaborate with collection organizations and brief client leadership

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with technical targeting or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Physical Sciences and 4+ years of experience with technical targeting

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with technical targeting, MASINT collection, and collection or operations planning

• Knowledge of chemical and biological collection methodology and tradecraft

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Master’s degree in Life or Physical Sciences preferred; Doctorate degree a plus

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
