Intelligence Analyst and Chemist, Mid

Key Role:

Use chemical scientific expertise to assist with the development or improvement of intelligence products, analyses, or procedures. Apply specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience providing chemistry expertise to DoD and Intelligence Community initiatives
  • Knowledge of intelligence tools, databases, and production/exploitation/dissemination processes
  • Ability to research, collect, analyze, synthesize, and communicate chemistry-related data for use by non-Chemistry or scientific audiences
  • Ability to work with a team or independently to assess client priorities for additional analysis and collection opportunities
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, including Biology, Biothreat, Biochemistry, or Physics

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting forces and Intelligence Collection missions
  • Master's Degree in Chemistry or a Life Sciences field, including Biology, Biothreat, Biochemistry, or Physics preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
