As a Military Forces Analyst, you use your specialized foreign conventional and irregular warfare analytic experience and your attention to detail to develop Finished all-source intelligence products which give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters’ analysis of foreign conventional and irregular warfare threats to US ground force systems, combat support systems, and U.S. operations. As operational enablers, analysts integrate data analytics (DA) into all-source production working alongside industry-leading data scientists to directly support the client’s production, plans, and operations. Analytical duties include developing and supporting force-on-force ground scenarios, identifying significant intelligence trends within a range of activities, and delivering strategic and anticipatory finished assessments.

As a Military Forces Analyst on our diverse team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission environment, and the importance of data in those situations. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open sources. As the authority on your foreign conventional and irregular warfare threats, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. You Have:

• Experience with communication to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
• Knowledge of a wide range of National Level, DoD, and DA Information Security Program and Foreign Disclosure concepts, principles, practices, and procedures to review, analyze, and release classified and unclassified data in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy
• Knowledge of data transfer requirements for moving data between classified and unclassified computer systems and provide expert advice and guidance to contractor personnel on procedures
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products
• Ability to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military forces including foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercise, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition or order of battle
• Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
• Ability to demonstrate analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission
• Ability to provide extensive strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to senior Defense planners and policymakers
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED and 8 years of experience as a Military Forces Analyst, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as a Military Forces Analyst

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods
• Knowledge of NGIC, Army, or interagency operations
• Knowledge of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with a general understanding of AART operations
• Knowledge of planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks
• Knowledge of Conventional and Irregular Warfare concepts and operations
• Ability to demonstrate producing reports for senior DoD decision makers

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
