Inside Sales Representative, Senior

Key Role:

Support day-to-day inside sales activities to meet sales targets. Support the business development team in a critical role focused on lead generation and selling of market leading managed security services and cybersecurity consulting services. Develop consulting and managed threat services target opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting contacts, and building rapport with prospective clients, and producing timely reporting on sales and prospecting activities. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed. This position can be performed with 100% remote delivery from any location in the U.S. to include the District of Columbia

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, working with business development and outside sales teams
  • Experience with building reports
  • Ability to maintain focus on daily objectives and effectively set priorities
  • Ability to work across account teams and technical sales teams 
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in inside sales, working with cybersecurity teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office Dynamics or SalesForce
  • Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
