Key Role:
Help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in performance monitoring. Gather customer application data and diagrams, leverage expertise in recommending baseline monitoring thresholds, recommend performance monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and provide monitoring tool infrastructure recommendations. Work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk of multiple projects, and have daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders. Provide technical solutions necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. Impact the client organization by contributing to program strategy, defining business requirements for the customer and helping to eliminate risks across projects. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
