Key Role:

Help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in performance monitoring. Gather customer application data and diagrams, leverage expertise in recommending baseline monitoring thresholds, recommend performance monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and provide monitoring tool infrastructure recommendations. Work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk of multiple projects, and have daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders. Provide technical solutions necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. Impact the client organization by contributing to program strategy, defining business requirements for the customer and helping to eliminate risks across projects. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with project management, including life cycle and project management, tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress, and risk identification and mitigation
• 5+ years of experience with engineering
• 5+ years of experience with building, planning, managing and maintaining program roadmaps or schedules
• Experience with recommending baseline monitoring thresholds, recommending performance monitoring KPIs and SLAs
• Experience with managing complex projects to ensure they meet client expectations and are on time, on-budget, and at the quality level expected
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to understand Portfolio business processes and the metrics, SLAs, used by the Business line
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 20+ years of experience in engineering, business analysis or project management or BA or BS degree and 15+ years of experience in engineering, business analysis or project management or MA or MS degree and 10+ years of experience with engineering, business analysis or project management
