Contracts Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Manage contract negotiations and development processes and practices. Administer existing contracts and renews strategic alliances. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with negotiating and administering contracts, customer relations, and internal stakeholder communications

-Experience as a contracts professional in the industry or a contracting officer in the federal government

-Experience with the procurement life cycle, from source selection activities through closeout

-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and associated supplements, government, and commercial contracts and contract life cycle

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with contract close-out and writing and evaluating contracts and analysis of business needs for contract types

-Ability to communicate, negotiate, research, and comprehend legal and financial implications and use critical thinking expertise effectively

-Top Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree
