Program Manager

Key Role:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with service desk management, program management, and ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITSM best practices and service desk operations
  • Ability to develop and manage a team of service desk technicians and ServiceNow resources
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pegasus service support, client relationship management, service desk hiring, and service desk operations
  • Knowledge of FVEY operations and ITSM preferences

Clearance:
