Anti-Tamper Technical Program Manager

The Challenge:

What if you could use your Program Management skills to transform the way the government develops new technology to solve complex engineering challenges in support of multiple DoD Organizations. That knowledge is key when it comes to leading interdisciplinary teams in the fields of anti-tamper, technology protection, electronic warfare, computer vision, machine learning, and basic research and development (R&D). We’re looking for a Program Manager who can use their skills to lead teams of engineers and partners to solve complex Navy Anti-Tamper (AT) and Technology Protection (TP) challenges. You’ll work with Government leaders, operators, and scientists to understand and solve our nation’s most complex technical challenges.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager for a government program interfacing with clients, customers, or end-users
  • 5+ years of experience with managing schedule and budget of a $15M+ government contract
  • 5+ years of experience with developing technical project plans, including the level of effort and costing
  • 5+ years of experience with leading research and development (R&D), new technology development, or multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • 5+ years of experience with developing and delivering technical documentation to senior government representatives
  • Experience with managing day to day contract activities and subcontractors
  • Active Secret clearance
  • BS in Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of anti-tamper, technology protection, supply chain risk management, trusted and assured microelectronics (T&AM)
  • MA or MS degree preferred, PhD degree a plus
  • PMP, Six Sigma Certification


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
