Operations Research Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Provide analytical support for the formulation of the necessary actions and policies to achieve restationing requirements, including facility availability at gaining garrison, facility closure at losing garrison, and restationing equipment and personnel. Provide analysis for all facets of installation support programs, including people, processes, and technologies. Coordinate data gathering and analysis among multiple stakeholders to present recommendations to senior leadership. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodologies and results. Prepare effective and efficient guidelines, procedures, processes, and plans for recommendations, including actions for current operations, facilities, unit movement and stationing, contingencies, and crisis actions.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with operations supporting military organizations

-Experience with executive-level client management and engagement

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

-Knowledge of OPTEMPO environments supporting the DoD

-Ability to work in an environment with changing requirements and schedules

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army policies and procedures in support of logistics

-Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
