IT Communications Project Coordinator

Key Role:

Analyze the development of plans, including budgets and schedules to meet contractual or project requirements for several major portions of a program. Establish and define program plan requirements and perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Coordinate the interdepartmental development of program plans. Interface with vendors and customers and perform extensive investigations, as required. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met and arrange modifications, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with information management or communications

-5 years of experience with interpreting communications systems' plans and specifications

-Experience with preparing correspondence and written reports and briefing management personnel

-Experience with Primavera, Costworks, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of DoD IT, communications, and Special Compartmental Information Facilities (SCIFs)
-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree preferred
