Cyber Vulnerability Management Sr. Manager

Key Role:
Oversee staff conducting vulnerability scanning, assessments, and overall management of remediation activities, including network scanning, penetration testing, web application security testing, and management and reporting of results. Determine deviations from required or acceptable configurations, evaluate the existing level of risk, provide recommendations for appropriate remediation measures, and evaluate the residual risk after remediation. Analyze the development of analysis policy and tradecraft. Manage professional employees or supervisors. Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day management of one functional area. Oversee Booz Allen's capability to build Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) and Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) capabilities for commercial clients.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with leadership roles in enterprise vulnerability management, pent testing, or red teaming

-Experience with the design, implementation, and operation of vulnerability management operations for enterprise client using an intelligence and threat-driven defense model

-Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain models

-Ability to build relationships and leverage emotional intelligence

-Ability to drive new solutions are constantly being developed to advance EVM capabilities

-Ability to develop reusable intellectual capital to reduce the start-up times of new engagements

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Security, or Information Systems

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to recruit, hire, and retain top Cybersecurity consultants responsible for EVM best practices

-Ability to drive thought leadership and the future strategy on how Booz Allen will drive excellence for clients in the EVM space

-Security clearance a plus
