Intelligence Specialist, Senior

The Challenge:

As an intelligence specialist, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop collection operations management processes and procedures to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to our forward deployed warfighters.

On our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and how to integrate current technologies to improve their operations. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build solutions for collection operations management functions. As a subject matter expert in this field, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like technology strategies and operations management. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience as an ISR Collection Manager

  • 10+ years of experience in the IC

  • 6+ years of experience with deployed air operations

  • Experience with user training and team building

  • Knowledge of emerging tools and technologies to define new workflows

  • Ability to travel 75% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience at a Combatant Command operations center preferred

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 95,000 to 125,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
