Manpower Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for manpower and personnel decision-making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Apply data analysis skills and personnel management experience to inform decision-making. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction; mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Government or industry personnel management and analysis

  • 3+ years of experience in data management and analytics

  • Knowledge of DoD Career Field Management structure

  • Secret clearance

  • BA or BS
