Law Enforcement Program Analyst

Key Role:

Provide program analyst support to a government law enforcement client in a task force environment. Edit and perform quality control of reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents, create and tailor high-level briefings, operational and program documentation, and marketing materials. Perform a full range of program support services, including scheduling internal and external stakeholder meetings to discuss logistics and operational matters, communicating effectively with the organization on announcements, data calls, and ad-hoc requests, and preparing and processing various metrics-related documents and forms, programmatic documents, and electronic records. Work directly with the client and multiple government agencies to assess their needs and provide actionable reporting to support inter-agency law enforcement operations, exhibiting flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment with client personalities from multiple law enforcement agencies. Research, organize, and facilitate program-wide training for the client, including onboarding of new law enforcement personnel, and senior leadership activities. Facilitate federal travel arrangements, maintain expenditure spreadsheets and reports, create and maintain standard operating procedures and other internal program contact information, and conduct budget execution tasks and program metrics for senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with onsite client-facing consulting

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with data analysis techniques

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
