Health Administration Lead

Key Role:

Provide professional support and Joint military expertise through consulting assistance to the military health community. Review critical military medical capabilities required to support the operational force and the delivery of care. Leverage knowledge of the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, and Combat Support Agency organizational structure and missions to conduct analysis of large-scale transformation efforts, assess policy and doctrine, and monitor compliance and effectiveness of military medical support, including care of active duty and other beneficiaries. Work directly with experts in Service, Joint, or Defense Health Agency Headquarters with a full comprehension of the DoD Military Health System (MHS). Demonstrate superb client delivery expertise by diplomatically coordinating and providing support to senior and junior government officials. Apply expertise in research, writing, and training to generate high quality deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in the Military Health System at Service and Joint levels 

-Experience with supporting transformation projects, including change management and organizational design

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Knowledge of Service and Joint medical doctrine through the continuum of care

-Ability to work independently and perform in-depth analysis of medical doctrine, policy, plans, and operations

-Ability to communicate with senior military flag officers

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
