As a Health Business Process Management Consultant on our Military Health team, you’ll share your expertise structured thinking, methodology design, and solution development. Your experience in health and research is key and makes you an integral part of delivering a client-focused solution. In this role, you’ll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by evaluating, improving, and designing leading-edge military health capabilities. You Have: 

• Experience in a research environment identifying and measure outcomes of interest and developing causal analyses

• Experience in evaluating business processes, capabilities, and functions

• Knowledge of statistical analysis software, including MS Excel and MATLAB

• Ability to think with structure, develop analytical methodologies, design analytical frameworks, build logic models, and conduct exploratory data analysis

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Math or Engineering

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience in market research

• Knowledge of Python, R, or other statistical software in addition to MS Excel and MATLAB

• Knowledge of scaling business process interventions from tactical to enterprise scope

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
