Key Role:
Develop, interpret, and implement economic concepts for health data. Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial and process performance. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for health outcomes, financial plans, process improvements, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. Perform economic research and studies in the areas of health operations, patient satisfaction, provider scores, and impact of governmental requirements. Leverage expertise or unique knowledge to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles and achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and create formal networks involving coordination among groups. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments and supervise the activities of others.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with analyzing health data and presenting outcomes
-Experience with using Microsoft Excel or Visio for business modeling
-Experience with a business intelligence tool or in a reporting environment
-Knowledge of health data, health systems, or health policy
-Knowledge of data governance structures and purpose
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required

-MA or MS degree preferred
