Healthcare Quality and Safety Analyst

Key Role:

Provide consulting in all facets of health management programs, including identification and stratification, engagement and intervention, and outcomes, as well as health management operations relating to clinical intervention, including people, process, and technology. Contribute to healthcare business development by managing proposal efforts and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients. Manage complex components of large healthcare projects and a series of smaller projects, including budget management, project deliverables, client relations, and staff supervision. Ensure that all projects are conducted with sound methods and techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with investigating safety events throughout a healthcare system and offering solutions

-Experience reviewing reports to identify actual and potential risk for the hospital

-Knowledge of coordination of clinical nursing and administrative resources

-Knowledge of Clinical Risk Management

-Ability to evaluate system safety concerns and provide solutions

-Ability to work with quality and safety teams

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Healthcare

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree
