Program Control Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Analyze full life cycle financial management and program control for a complex program. Work as part of a program management office with internal clients and infrastructure departments to resolve financial, contractual, and administrative issues. Analyze monthly financial status reports and review contract modifications for accuracy and conduct generate ad-hoc financial reports. Track and report on all financial details of the contract and interact with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external clients to manage execution and ensure accurate and timely reporting and invoicing requirements. Provide risk mitigation, analyze reserves, perform financial forecasting, and prepare and analyze detailed financial reports and briefings monthly for internal and external clients. Establish project control and reporting processes and procedures and manage a analyst by providing career guidance and direction.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with program or project financial management

-Experience with all contract types

-Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and their effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment

-Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements

-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities with varying due dates for deliverables

-Ability to identify, research, and solve financial problems

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with providing program control or financial management support in a government contracting environment

-Experience with managing staff

-Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) preferred

-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications

-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to discuss and resolve administrative and financial issues effectively within a team

-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred
