Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Role:

Participate in the quality assurance process and follow up to ensure that all information system products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions for a DoD client. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with managing and reporting on Service Level Agreement measurements, tracking projects, service management, and management of operational support tasks and providing interim and monthly reporting of analytics and data in support of program and project management

-Experience with building and providing reports and status on project and task metrics, estimates at completion, trends, service assessments, and forecasts

-Experience with gathering and reporting against tasks and tracking data to provide monthly reports and status updates, including risk management and mitigation

-Knowledge of project management, knowledge management, service management, operations management, and government contracting processes and policies

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely and accurate reporting metrics associated with program and project deliverables

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-ITIL V3 Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with ISO 9001, Quality Control procedures, and Risk Management

-TS/SCI clearance preferred

-PMP, ITIL Foundation Level IV, ITIL Expert, or CASM Certification
