Quality and Performance Management Analyst

Key Role:

Support the development and implementation of a program level quality management plan. Work on a quality management team to ensure best practices and project management tools and identify, develop and coordinate resolutions. Identify areas of improvement and conduct audits and reviews. Analyze data, root cause analysis and develop solutions for process improvement to support efficiency efforts and ensure compliance with industry standards and program task order requirements. Review performance data, assess and establish measures of effectiveness and measures of performance to support qualitative and quantitative organizational assessments in correlation to government directed evaluation criteria, and establish and implement metrics, including process capability, control charts, and measurement quality for monitoring system effectiveness and to enable managers to make sound product quality decisions, ensuring goals are achieved. Develop, edit, and review technical documents, including PMO key written deliverable and products. Review internal project management processes, make recommendations for process changes, communicate changes with senior leadership, and implement appropriate processes.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with risk, contract, or quality management

-Experience with project management  

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to gather information and synthesize into quality management documents and reports

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business, Business Communications, Project Management, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Applied Science

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with technical writing and editing

-Knowledge of process and organizational change management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
