Key Role:

Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals and sales and training literature. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with translating technical content from multiple sources into a style and format that meets multiple end-user needs and project goals
• Experience with consulting with subject matter experts to evaluate, standardize, write, and maintain materials
• Experience with working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools to create materials
• Ability to identify and rectify gaps in content to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Ability to independently create knowledge management assets, including templates, style guides, how-to tutorials
• Ability to provide a writing sample during interview process
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with creating resources for Help Desk
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, specifically Confluence and Jira
• Experience with writing documentation for virtual agent format
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 80,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
