Field Service Representative

Key Role:

Analyze the development and implementation of logistics plans hat may affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow. Analyze the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory, and analyze requirements to assist with developing strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. Maintain appropriate records and prepares reports. Coordinate logistics activities with internal or external customers.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with performing all aspects of in-theater product field support, servicing, repair, training, or installation of rapid equipping force products

-Ability to provide technical support to Army units on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment

-Ability to serve as POC on technical and service problems, including diagnosing failures using established procedures

-Ability to recommend the most cost-effective repair or resolution to minimize downtime

-Secret clearance required

-AA or AS degree and 5 years of experience with Army maintenance or logistics or 10 years of experience with Army maintenance or logistics

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with officers and non-commissioned officers at the Army brigade level or higher
