Installation Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst

As an Installation Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst you’ll bring your transportation and mobility expertise to determine and assess operational deployment readiness requirements background to collaborate with thought leaders in multinational, Joint, Army, and commercial agencies through the Joint Logistics Enterprise on projects for unit movement operations. You’ll use your skills as you plan, organize, and supervise the preparation and execution of unit movement and distribution operations.

You Have:  

  • 10+ years of experience with U.S. Army operational or sustainment planning and executing of Mobilization Operations, Deployments Operations, Sustainment Operations, Redeployment Operations, Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations, Deployment Exercise rotations, Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) exercises, or Joint Logistic Over-The-Shore (JLOTS)
  • Experience with the integration of ATP 3-35 and ATP 5-2-1 Appendix J into Unit Movement planning
  • Experience in working at or with Installation Transportation Office (ITO), Corps Transportation Office (CTO), Division Transportation Office (DTO), and Composition 3 Deployment and Distribution Support Team (DDST)
  • Knowledge of the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
  • Knowledge of the Army Message Handling System (AMHS)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with working on or with former U.S. Army Deployment Support Team (DST)
  • Graduate of the Unit Movement Officer Deployment Planning Course
  • Graduate of Hazardous Material Certification Course
  • Graduate of TC-AIMS II (Functional User) course taught and approved by the US Army Transportation School

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
