Data Literacy Curriculum Manager

Key Role:

Manage the design, development, and coordination of an enterprise-wide curriculum for the Chief Data Officer’s efforts to transform the way data is understood, utilized, input, stored, and retrieved that allows key leaders to expedite the decision-making process. Develop a curriculum that will train various stakeholders from multiple directorates to include daily users, commanders, and executive leadership. Coordinate with instructors from various internal and external agencies, units, and academia for instruction opportunities. Oversee skill assessments and collect metrics to identify training or developmental needs, gaps, and requirements.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in developing curriculum and training plans

  • Experience with providing data, information, and knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow and processes

  • Knowledge of various data analytic and visualization tools, including both commercial and Government-furnished to efficiently discover, store, and retrieve data

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:  

  • Experience with working in the Special Operations community

  • Ability to network

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent people skills

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
