As a cloud architect, you know how to build a cloud based technical architecture that meets customer needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. As a cloud architect on our team, you’ll develop and sustain a secure, cloud based communications network to support mission critical operations. You’ll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on premise, cloud based, and hybrid resources. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with your customer to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your customer’s environment using current cloud capabilities. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build cloud based solutions to help your customers meet their evolving needs. You Have:

• Experience with administrating storage and networking environments
• Experience with managing, administrating, configuring, deploying, and maintaining environments and system integration tools, including Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Helm, and Ceph
• Experience with using Rancher to manage Kubernetes clusters and Kubernetes-hosted applications
• Experience with application migration in hybrid cloud environments and disconnected environments
• Experience in working with tools that include GitLab
• Experience in writing automated provisioning scrips, Ansible playbooks/Linux automation scripts, Windows automation scripts using PowerShell, and rudimentary APIs or automation scripts to interact with existing APIs
• Experience with managing and deploying applications in an air-gapped environment
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with analyzing network and bandwidth requirements, conducting requirement analysis and system availability, and performing risk analysis
• Knowledge of systems monitoring, alerting and analytics at the container level
