Onboarding Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Manage the onboarding and offboarding at a government site, LOA (Letter of Authorization), and CAC (Common Access Card) processes in accordance with government regulations and contract requirements for internal employees and subcontractors. Partner with program personnel to develop and manage deployment schedules to ensure program coverage. Notify new hires and teammates of processes and procedures for both onboarding and offboarding from a government site. Establish and review performance metrics, identify issues, and create reports to track and communicate results. Perform, update, monitor, and validate SPOT (Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker), LOA (Letter of Authorization), and CAC (Common Access Card) entries. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and other company practices and management directives and provide a weekly status report to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • 1+ years of experience with GSA (General Services Administration) and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) regulations
  • Knowledge of travel and deployments requirements for CONUS and OCONUS
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with SPOT (Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker)
  • Experience in Deployment or Personnel Readiness
  • Experience with the military
  • BA or BS degree preferred
