Training Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as a functional and subject matter expert for client's Command Courses execution. Manage the Battalion and Brigade Pre-Command Course, Company Commander and First Sergeant Course, and Company Leader Development Course. Assist units with the management of requirements and resource allocation and course development. Research and compile data, information, and statistics to prepare recurring and special reports. Act as the client organization's Continuity of Operations representative and point of contact for Pre-Command Course management. Provide Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) user training for subordinate units, as directed. Prepare analysis, briefings, operations order, information papers, reports, and other required materials as directed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with working on a Brigade level or Higher staff

  • Experience with ATRRS, the Reserve Component Manpower System (RCMS), and Regional Level Application Software (RLAS)

  • Experience with the use of Microsoft products, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of the training management life cycle

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • Associate’s degree 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with the US Army Reserve a plus

  • Experience in working with Army individual training

  • Experience with training as instructor or curriculum developer

  • Experience as a liaison officer or Non-commissioned officer

  • Bachelor's degree
