Military Training Program Analyst

Key Role:

Apply expertise in consulting and technical work. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Provide Training Support System Enterprise (TSSE) analysis support through review and analysis of Unit Status Reports (USRs) and TSS utilization data. Analyze the development of products to support Training Domain and Training Modernization integration in in an Army client's development process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience with providing training and training support services to the DoD training community
  • 4 years of experience with analyzing training support and training education requirements across the DoD training domains, including operational, institutional, and self-development
  • 2 years of experience with Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBA) and analysis processes focused on T&E functions and JCIDS, as appropriate to the specific set of tasks they perform
  • Knowledge of US Army training processes, including the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS), Capability Needs Analysis (CNA), Top Down Futures Development Process (TDFDP), Army Campaign of Learning, and the Army's Annual Modernization Guidance
  • Ability to present written and verbal reports to senior Army leaders at the colonel level
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree
