Customer C-IED Trainer

Key Role:

Train in an individual to a collective environment. Apply comprehensive individual material training capabilities within program and mentor units to create a realistic training environment based on mission requirements. Engage at all levels of commands and convey the importance of threat training being part of the comprehensive training plan.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with the US Army

-Experience with prior deployment to the CENTCOM region

-Knowledge of C-IED principles, including enablers, site exploitation, and search

-Knowledge of C-IED equipment, including handheld detector operations and CREW devices

-Ability to show a minimum military rank acquired of E-6 or above

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Proof of completion or graduation from a foundational instructor or facilitator course like the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Army Basic Instructor Course, or equivalent for sister service or Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master, or successfully complete the Booz Allen facilitator training course and certification within 120 days of employment

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with producing written reports and evaluations

-Experience with assignment at the tactical level

-Experience with assignments to or supporting combat arms

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

-Secret clearance
