Cyber Engineer, Mid

Key Role:

Develop and implement security solutions in alignment with security strategy. Maintain an awareness of market and technology trends to bring best of breed solutions to the client. Apply specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with executing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization process to obtain and maintain a system Authorization
  • Experience with developing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
  • Experience with performing vulnerability scanning of network components and  tracking and resolving IAVAs and IAVBs for vulnerability compliance
  • Experience with tracking and managing the configuration of network components and topologies
  • Experience with documenting and maintaining detailed network diagrams and associated assignments for component addresses, and ports
  • Top Secret clearance required
  • HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable of communications network functionality and component devices
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred
  • BA or BS degree preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
