Key Role:
Identify and collect data sources, analyzes and extracts key data and information. Evaluate and monitor data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction; mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience in supporting federal agencies with mission critical program policies, initiatives, and goals in the data analytics space
-Experience with both math and statistics Analytics, Modeling and Forecasting Programming Python, R, as well as, creating formulas to parse data in excel
-Experience with task or project management
-Experience in engaging with the client directly to design and develop impactful, dynamic, and insightful business intelligence visualizations, dashboards, and analytic tools
-Ability to prepare complex data sets for analysis or visualization, including methods to consolidate multiple datasets while ensuring data integrity
-Ability to work on multiple projects, multi-task, manage time effectively, and demonstrate flexibility in responding to conflicting deadlines or priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with real property, infrastructure or environmental topics preferred
-Experience with strategic planning, statistics, economics, data-driven decision making, and conducting analytics
-Experience with growing business with federal clients
-Experience with analytics tools and techniques, including advanced Microsoft Excel techniques, VBA, Python, R, or SQL
-Experience with one or more data visualization tools, including Tableau, Qlik or Microsoft Power BI
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail, have a positive attitude, and go above and beyond to meet the mission
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
