Geospatial Intelligence Analyst/Web Developer, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a web developer for the CI Common Operating Picture (COP) and an intelligence web page, which encompasses geospatial capabilities for CI analysts, agents, and decision makers to identify, analyze, understand, and shared situational awareness data, as well as collection efforts. Leverage expertise for the functioning of an intelligence web page. Provide fuse data from the Travel Alert Database and produce Geospatial graphics in support of analytical pursuits of the client’s S2 section. Conduct geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences. Exploit imagery, vector, and other data types to include non-geospatially correlated data to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain. Provide analysis on, terrain mapping, route planning, maritime geospatial activity, and other geospatial requirements, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in the intelligence field
  • Experience within the past 2 years with current information, tools, and methodologies within the intelligence field
  • 2+ years of experience with using ArcGIS and graphics technique
  • 4+ years of experience with directly supporting the IC as a GEOINT Analyst
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Completion of the DIA Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis Course or equivalent US government basic intelligence analysis course
  • Security+ Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in using ArcGIS 10.x for analysis and manipulation of data, along with creation of GIS products using Desktop suite
  • Experience with using the following software and or coding languages, Silverlight, C#, ASP.Net, HTML, Visual Studio, Adobe Illustrator CS6
  • Experience with using ESRI ArcGIS API for JavaScript
  • Experience in the Counterintelligence or Human Intelligence Communities
  • Experience with Intelligence Community Directive 203, Analytic Standards
  • AA or AS degree and 16 years of experience with intelligence, BA or BS degree and 14 years of experience with intelligence, or MA or MS degree and 12 years of experience with intelligence

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
