Networks and Systems Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Conduct in-depth analysis using a variety of proprietary tools for network and system enumeration. Leverage current robust knowledge of Internet protocols, router configurations, protocol research, and network mapping information. Apply current network knowledge and quickly learn new technologies to make clients more successful. Enhance current research methodologies and provide helpful documentation for new methodologies, using current knowledge of routed and switched environments. Characterize and analyze logical and physical networks using multiple sources of complex data, ensuring the best possible product delivered to the client. Work with the client to optimize current research methods and recommend improvements in current tradecraft against some of the client’s hardest challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with 4 of the following: network routing technologies, signals analysis, host and network infrastructure, network mapping, telephony and mobile technologies, and network enumeration

-Knowledge of computer network technologies, OSI model, and trace routes

-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with open-source research and development, metadata analysis, or access development

-Knowledge of scripting and programming with Regex and Python for analysis

-Ability to work across different divisions, organizations, and leadership chains to influence change

-Ability to be a team player

-Ability to mentor other staff members

-Possession of excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
