Key Role:
Plan and coordinate the development of comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs. Conduct quantitative or qualitative analyses and program evaluation and provide management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans. Analyze the implementation of new policies and allocation of needed resources, oversee the development of facilities and systems, and analyze financial budgets for the program. Plan, coordinate, and develop comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
-Experience with performing professional engineering assignments to support optical information transport telecommunications systems' design, implementation, and sustainment
-TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with cost analysis efforts, including Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV) studies, Economic Analysis (EAS), and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) estimates
-Experience with cost-benefit analysis and other cost analysis supporting the development of a Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP), including analyzing Earned Value Management (EVM) and metrics data
Clearance:
