Project Management Scheduler, Mid

Key Role:

Perform schedule and cost risk analysis to determine a probabilistic schedule and cost at project completion and lead client teams to develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Manage and support multiple project and program schedules to effectively communicate to all levels within the portfolio – from project teams to upper management. Interface with the client and vendors on scheduling issues for the assigned program. Prepare and present briefings on schedule status and health to varying levels of management. Provide schedule resource loading, schedule risk analysis, and the establishment of project management processes. Mentor and train other users as required and work within a multi-stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environment. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings
  • 3+ years of experience with using Microsoft Project
  • Experience in applying Project Management expertise in an IT, Agile, and cyber environment, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management
  • Experience with engaging stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives and prioritize goals
  • Experience in supporting design initiatives for governance models, Cyber policy, or business process updates and improvements
  • Experience in analyzing project-specific business metrics, including procurement data, staffing data, or financial data
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with risk management, and internal or external client management
  • Experience with using Microsoft Project Online, Power BI, and Kidasa Milestones Pro
  • Experience with Cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering
  • Experience supporting programs and contracts within the DoD
  • Experience performing schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk assessments
  • Ability to manage multiple client and team engagements
  • Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, data gathering analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute-Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Six Sigma, CCMP, or Agile Certification
  • Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level I or higher Certification

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 56,610 to 105,120.
