Records Management, SME

Key Role: 

Perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate all functional areas of a military command office. Apply specific functional, working, or general industry knowledge. Create, analyze, and maintain administrative systems processes and procedures for the client. Monitor task management systems and administrative projects for the client, including receiving and consolidating task inputs for submission and closure. Establish and maintain workflows and create and recommend improvements to record-keeping in the office. Provide end-user support and perform complex administrative duties. Oversee the operation and maintenance of viable and sustainable Records Management Program by providing policy and procedures for record life cycle management of information. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 10 years of experience with office administration 
  • Experience in editing publications and use of style guide 
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Outlook 
  • Experience in working with senior-level military staff at Combatant Command or Service-level 4-Star commands 
  • Knowledge of records management, technical editing, and contributing to solutions for a variety of office management problems 
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience in working with automated databases to track critical data 
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
