Targeting Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you looking to put your problem-solving prowess to the test in an operational mission focused environment? You know that strong analytic skills are needed to ensure the right data gets to customers. As a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Capability Development Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to use skills in targeting, data governance, and understanding policies related to mission data to support our government intelligence clients. We’re looking for someone like you to have a direct impact on the nation’s security.

On our team, you’ll provide targeting analytic expertise to customers across the enterprise. You'll review current site selection and approval rules, identify risks and conflicts with legal authorities, policy or mission equities, and work with stakeholders to resolve. Review, interpret and validate small analytic source code modules, including logical expressions written in C++, REGEX and Python to ensure that analytic code or changes to the code are compliant with policies and legal requirements. You will develop and document processes and procedures for complex targeting approval. Drive and nurture relationships with customers from across the enterprise to define, refine, and document targeting requests and process improvement initiatives to enable and develop effective solutions. Define and implement metrics and reporting approaches to improve process performance.
