Physical Security Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide expertise in security engineering analysis for an Army headquarters organization. Conduct analysis of security engineering policies and doctrine, incidents, and trends to make recommendations to senior leaders on security engineering execution. Apply analytical techniques to installation reports, higher headquarters taskers, requests for information, and data calls. Summarize analysis in spreadsheets, slide decks, and written reports for senior leaders, and present the products individually, in small groups, at training events, and conferences and workshops. Work as part of a team, collaborating with uniformed and civilian government staff, other contractors, installation protection staff, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Army installations conducting Security Engineering Assessments
  • Knowledge of Unified Facility Criteria, Master Planning, Army Protection Programs, and DoD risk management in a mission assurance environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative professional environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of Security Engineer Training (SET) Courses

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Army physical security programs at the MSC, ASCC, or ACOM levels
  • Knowledge of the DoD Security Engineering Facilities Planning Manual and DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings
  • Knowledge of data science concepts and tools
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Army Physical Security H3 Certification
  • Completion of Security Engineer and Electronic Security Systems Training Courses

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,200.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
