Exercise Support Planner, Mid

Key Role:
Manage Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) support for an Army client's readiness and training by supporting the creation, monitoring and updating of all Mission Essential Tasks associated with readiness and training, including training objectives, training observations, and training evaluations. Investigate existing and emerging resources across Joint forces to consolidate potential resources available and assist with the coordination and execution of readiness and training workgroups and briefings, including assisting with the coordination for and tracking of all readiness and training-related training events. Work with representatives from across the staff to ensure readiness and training data is as complete and up to date as possible and analyze potential resources, develop briefing materials, and provide recommended sourcing solutions. Coordinate JTIMS training for personal to support readiness and training efforts and participate in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of policies, processes, systems, and instrumentation related to foreign threats and homeland security. Perform scientific and  technical intelligence analysis and report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices and prepares briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. 

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Joint assignments as a Company grade officer

-Experience with military, plans, exercises at the company, battalion or brigade level

-Knowledge of military decision making process

-Knowledge of the five stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC)
-Ability to use JTIMS, ARTIMS, DTS, and G- TSCMIS
-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
